Customer Support Representative
This is a full-time position for a Customer Support Representative with some years of customer support and knowledge of technology. Salary ranges from Rs. 20,000 to 40,000.

We are looking for a few customer support representatives to join our team. We are looking for self-managed people who can work without constant supervision.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for one or more of the following tasks depending on the requirements.
- Read, filter and reply to incoming messages from customers
 - Forward incoming messages/emails to dedicated teams
 - Moderate and reply to customer reviews on mobile app stores
 - Work with HR Manager to filter and follow up with applicants
 - Write support articles and FAQs for the company's services
 
Minimum Requirements
If you have at least a few of the following skills, you can apply for this position. You will be assigned the best role based on your prior experience.
- Completed Intermediate level (+2) in the English medium
 - Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English
 - Good knowledge of computers, the internet and mobile apps
 - Good knowledge of writing and word processing tools
 - Polite and empathetic behaviour
 
Preferred Qualities
If you possess one or more of the following qualities, you are more likely to be selected for the position.
- Prior experience in working as a customer support representative
 - Has great communication and social skills
 - Has some knowledge of the software development process
