Customer Support Representative
Job Description

We are looking for an experienced customer support representative to join our team. Since we also offer remote work, we are looking for self-managed people who can work without constant supervision.

  • Read, filter and reply to incoming messages from customers
  • Forward incoming messages/emails to dedicated teams
  • Moderate and reply to customer reviews on mobile app stores
  • Work with HR Manager to filter and follow up with applicants
  • Write support articles and FAQs for the company's services

If you have at least a few of the following skills, you can apply for this position. You will be assigned the best role based on your prior experience.

  • Completed Intermediate level (+2) in the English medium
  • Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English
  • Good knowledge of computers, the internet and mobile apps
  • Good knowledge of writing and word processing tools
  • Polite and empathetic behaviour

Preferred Qualities
  1. Prior experience in working as a customer support representative
  2. Has great communication and social skills
  3. Has experience in remote work
  4. Has some knowledge of the software development process
