React Native Developer - 1 Openings

We are looking for seasoned React Native Developer to join our team of mobile app development. We are looking for self managed individual who can work without constant supervision. Responsibilities

You will be responsible for one or more of the following tasks depending on your skills and prior experience.

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality React Native mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms.
• Build the architecture and design of scalable, maintainable mobile solutions.
• Ensure code quality through peer code reviews, testing, and best practices in development.
• Work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend developers to deliver high-quality products.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks to ensure smooth and responsive user experiences.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a collaborative and growth-focused environment.
• Participate in agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and contribute to sprint goals.
• Integrate third-party libraries, APIs, and services to enhance application functionality.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in mobile development, React Native, and JavaScript.
• Document technical decisions, workflows, and processes to maintain clear communication across teams.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in mobile app development.
• Experience of working with JavaScript, React, and React Native.
• Proficiency with version control systems like Git.
• Strong skills to troubleshoot and debug issues in code.

Preferred Qualities

If you possess one or more of the following qualities, you are more likely to be selected for the position.

• Hands on experience with development tools such as Xcode, Android Studio, or similar.
• Expert in performance optimization techniques in React Native.
• Experience in testing mobile applications across different devices and OS.
• Has great communication and social skills.

Skills/ Competencies

• Proficiency in React Native and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Strong understanding of mobile development lifecycle and performance optimization.
• Experience with native iOS and Android development.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and state management libraries.
• Proven experience of app deployment on App Store and Google Play Store.
• Strong debugging, testing, and version control skills.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
