HR Executive - 1 Openings

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Executive to join our team. The HR Executive will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of human resources functions within the organization. This individual will work closely with management to develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs to support the company's goals and objectives.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for one or more of the following tasks depending on your skills and prior experience.

Recruitment and Staffing:

• Conduct full-cycle recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening candidates to interviewing and hiring.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely placement of qualified candidates.
• Collaborate with external recruitment parties to ensure timely placement of qualified candidates.
• Implement effective strategies to attract top talent and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates.

HR Administration:

• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires and departures.
• Administer employee benefits programs and address inquiries related to benefits.
• Provide guidance and support for employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
• Handle HR-related documentation, including offer letters, contracts, and HR reports.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• 2+ years of proven experience in Human Resources, with a focus on recruitment and HR Administration.
