Customer Support Representative

This is a full-time position for a Customer Support Representative with some years of customer support and knowledge of technology. Salary ranges from Rs. 20,000 to 40,000.

We are looking for a few customer support representatives to join our team. We are looking for self-managed people who can work without constant supervision.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for one or more of the following tasks depending on the requirements.

  1. Read, filter and reply to incoming messages from customers
  2. Forward incoming messages/emails to dedicated teams
  3. Moderate and reply to customer reviews on mobile app stores
  4. Work with HR Manager to filter and follow up with applicants
  5. Write support articles and FAQs for the company's services

Minimum Requirements

If you have at least a few of the following skills, you can apply for this position. You will be assigned the best role based on your prior experience.

  • Completed Intermediate level (+2) in the English medium
  • Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English
  • Good knowledge of computers, the internet and mobile apps
  • Good knowledge of writing and word processing tools
  • Polite and empathetic behaviour

  • Prior experience in working as a customer support representative
  • Has great communication and social skills
